The district is sending out the first day packets before school starts to ensure we have all the information we need before your child is here :)
The following forms must be completed online for EVERY child. They are linked, so once you fill out the first form it will redirect you to the following form :) Once you fill out all the forms for a child, go back to this email and click on the first link for the relevant school to get started the process over for each of your children. If you are kicked out, the links to the individual forms are also listed below.
The only forms that CANNOT be done electronically are the optional lunch forms (free and reduced lunch and health insurance). These are found HERE and can be returned with your student the first day.
If you need paper copies instead to fill out, please reach out to your child’s school.
